Dried largehead hairtail is a favorite dish for drinkers. Dried largehead hairtails are also processed into many delicious dishes.

This year fishermen in Tam Thanh and Binh Minh communes in Quang Nam have a good harvest of largehead hairtails. The price for fresh fish is VND20,000-25,000 per kilo.

About 3.5 kg of fresh fish is processed into 1.5kg of dried fish, priced from VND100,000 to VND150,000 a kilo.
