The combination between fresh avocado fruit, whipping cream will create a fantastic taste in your mouth. Trust me; you will totally fall in love with this one. Now, why don’t we start making one of amazing Vietnamese Dessert Recipes like this right now?

Ingredients:


2 – 3 avocado fruits

150ml whipping cream or heavy whipping cream

3 tablespoons condensed milk

50ml fresh milk.


Process:


Step 1: Cut avocado in haft. Use spoon to scoop their meat and put into glass.

Step 2: Pour whipping cream into mixer and mix well in 5 – 6 minutes. Checking by using spoon, scoop on spoon and pour down. If it does not flow down, it is perfect.

Step 3: Pour condensed milk, avocado, fresh milk into mixer and mix well.

Step 4: Mix avocado mixture in step 3 with whipping cream in step 2. Use wood spoon to mix gently, cover by wrapping food paper, put in fridge in 2 – 3 hours. Then repeat in 2 – 3 times. Finally, put in fridge again in 6 – 7 hours before serving.
