VietNamNet Bridge – A four-photo collection titled ‘Wishing Peace for Truong Sa’ and two other photos on art construction of Vietnamese painter Nguyen Thu Thuy have been chosen to enter the final round of the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards (WPGA)’s Julia Margaret Cameron.

These winning works will be displayed at an exhibition in Berlin in September next year.
This year’s competition attracted 6,804 photos of more than 1,203 professional and non-professional female photographers across the world.
Of which, 875 images in 15 categories were selected to the final round.
Painter-photographer Thuy hoped that her works will help foreign friends get better understanding about Vietnam.
