Pham Huong, the Vietnamese representative at the Miss Universe pageant this year, has been accused of having plastic surgery.
The Missosology forum posted twophotos of Pham Huong, one newly shot and one shot during herparticipation in Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2010 with a comment sayingHuong must have undergone plastic surgery to have such beautiful facenow.
The post received lots of comments many of which expressed surprise overher transformation and suggested the Vietnamese entrant must have had aplastic surgery.
Huong is performing well at the MissUniverse this year and the Vietnamese representative had been among thehot picks on the Missosology website.
There were allegations Huong hadsurgery done to her jaw to slim its profile prior to the final round ofthe Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 pageant in October, but the organiserssaid they had found no evidence.
The 24 year-old beauty has continuallyasserted that she was carefully checked by experts in anthropometry,along with other contestants, so there are no grounds to say she hadcosmetic surgery.
“The checking process was conducted infront of many people. If there had been anything wrong, the organiserswould have been the first to raise their concern,” she then told localmedia.
Explaining why her jaw has changed,Huong said it resulted from makeup techniques, her improved fashionstyle, and her effort to keep in shape by exercising every day.
Huong, who comes from the northerncity of Hai Phong and is now a university lecturer in HCM City, won thecrown. She also claimed the Sea Pageant Title.
