The cooperation program aims to consolidate and develop cultural exchanges between the two sides.
In the framework of the cooperation program, two sides will pay special attention to the preparation and organization of Vietnamese Cultural Days in Russia in even years and Russian Cultural Days in Viet Nam in odd ones; promoting direct relations in the field of cinema, encouraging to broadcast films as well as take part in international film festivals in the two countries.
The two sides also agreed to promote the development of cooperation in performing arts, visual art, photography and exhibitions. The two sides will promote the exchange of information about cultural heritage, natural heritage; support activities on protection and conservation of cultural heritage.
