Ms. Le Thi Xuan Lan, from the Southern Region Hydrometeorology Station, said this phenomenon not only appeared in HCM City but also in other provinces. The cause is the spread of cold air plus haze pollution. |

She said this weather may continue for several more days and it can affect people’s health. She advised people to not use rainwater during this period because of the pollution. |
